Hacking is like sex. You get in, you get out, and hope that you didn't leave something that can be traced back to you

Apple does not accept torrentsoftware to appear in the App Store. The company recently denied an application which may be used to control the torrents on your Desktop remotely. Apple claims Torrents equal Copyright infringement.
The application is called 'Drivetrain' and is developed by Maza Digital, the same company that brought you the flexible and speedy torrent app 'Transmission'. Initially Apple told Maza the review for Drivetrain had been delayed and it would take some more time for the review it, but soon enough Maza received an e-mail stating there was no room in the App store for an application like Drivetrain.
"These kind of applications are often used to commit Copyright infringement and we have therefore decided not to allow these kind of apps in the App store." so states Apple.
Maza finds this rejection preposterous, there is no Copyright to be infringed with the Bittorrent protocol used for Drivetrain. Besides that Drivetrain itself won't download a single file, It's meant to control the downloads on your Desktop remotely and is therefore not even a Torrent downloader.
